COUNTERARGUMENT: Wouldn't this allow an extra vote advantage to the Republicans in a close Senate (if one seat is empty for a period of time)?

She should give up her seat now (LOL!) so that Gavin can have plenty on time to appoint someone and not potentially leave an advantage to the Rs.

Kamala will not give up her senate seat...think about it...have we EVER known Kamala to give up anything she can sit on in order to stay in power?

She'd sit on a refracted dong if it'd give her any semblance of power.
