This isn't just a, "hey guys, can we do a real audit" type of lawsuit. This is a, "hey guys, you fucked up everything and now we have to throw it all out" lawsuit.
The lawsuit Wood filed is the same thing that happened in PA in the case Trump won there. The GA SOS Raffensperger circumvented GA Legislature to change GA election law in a lawsuit settlement deal with democrats. That is illegal, all changes to election law has to go through legislation.
The law he created made it nearly impossible to verify absentee ballot votes. Wonder why we really didn’t have an audit (only a risk-limiting audit) or a recanvass? That is why.
He made it impossible for any meaningful observing of the recount too, with his 1 to 10 observer/table ratio, changed last minute after saying it would be 1 to 4.
He has put an insane deadline for counties to have recounts done - today at 3. It is obvious he is rushing the count through so the fraud won’t be caught. Slight of hand.
Raffensperger is neck deep in this from the beginning. He contracted with Dominion and put it in every county in GA. He claimed it was secure and accurate despite lawsuits in GA this year saying it was not.
After the election he has maintained that the count was accurate and there was no credible accounts of fraud. I know that to be a lie because I know people who had their votes stolen and they got no resolution from the SOS. What he was telling us is the fix is in. People have had to voice their complains to Trumps fraud line because the SOS was ignoring them.
He also ignored the fact that the GOP observers were kicked out election night and votes were counted in secret. The SOS should have set aside and secured those “votes” separately. IMO is where the bulk of the steal in GA
All of this adds up to this, Raffensperger knows there is fraud and he is doing everything to hide it. He, and the deep state, know that if a real audit and recount happened, it would reveal the truth about Dominion. The truth would call into question the count in every county nationwide especially the swing states where this software is most heavily used.

From a legal perspective then suit is spot on. Law clear on this point. Only the legislature can change the time, place and manner of state elections. GA sec had no right or authority to do so. Also amounts to equal protection violation as some ballots had to pass certain requirements while others did not. Bush v Gore directly on point along with a host of other federal cases. There was a reason Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett were appointed by Trump to USSC. They litigated these issues in the Bush v Gore case. Also no coincidence that Justice Thomas, man who Biden railroaded in his confirmation hearing, was chosen to swear in ACB. Trump has been out in front of this and Dims know it. Reason why they are pushing for concession and making it look like Biden won. They don’t want a decision on the rule of law. They are ginning up the radicals to put everyone in fear of the consequences when the election is “stolen” from Biden.

But it was significantly lower. And there's no reason to think that THOUSANDS of new voters will all get the procedure right.
