Barr said something along those lines about 6 months ago. Andrew McCarthy confirmed that. The staff torpedoes every good thing Barr tries to do. That agency needs to be disbanded, & Trump needs to put military attorneys in there & in the FBI. Unfortunately it's too late. That shoulda happened 3 years ago.
