The lawsuit Wood filed is the same thing that happened in PA in the case Trump won there. The GA SOS Raffensperger circumvented GA Legislature to change GA election law in a lawsuit settlement deal with democrats. That is illegal, all changes to election law has to go through legislation.
The law he created made it nearly impossible to verify absentee ballot votes. Wonder why we really didn’t have an audit (only a risk-limiting audit) or a recanvass? That is why.
He made it impossible for any meaningful observing of the recount too, with his 1 to 10 observer/table ratio, changed last minute after saying it would be 1 to 4.
He has put an insane deadline for counties to have recounts done - today at 3. It is obvious he is rushing the count through so the fraud won’t be caught. Slight of hand.
Raffensperger is neck deep in this from the beginning. He contracted with Dominion and put it in every county in GA. He claimed it was secure and accurate despite lawsuits in GA this year saying it was not.
After the election he has maintained that the count was accurate and there was no credible accounts of fraud. I know that to be a lie because I know people who had their votes stolen and they got no resolution from the SOS. What he was telling us is the fix is in. People have had to voice their complains to Trumps fraud line because the SOS was ignoring them.
He also ignored the fact that the GOP observers were kicked out election night and votes were counted in secret. The SOS should have set aside and secured those “votes” separately. IMO is where the bulk of the steal in GA

He, and the deep state, know that if a real audit and recount happened, it would reveal the truth about Dominion. The truth would call into question the count in every county nationwide especially the swing states where this software is most heavily used.
