If there is proven widespread election fraud by Democrats, would that be enough to permanently de-register the Democrat party? They would be free to create a new party, but the DNC name and brand should be de-registered and unable to be used.

Nothing happens. The Congress and Senate will fall in line with the fraud and be muted. The DOJ, CIA, NSA and FBI are already on board. We already know Russian Collusion was fake and attempted coup, they disclosed Hunters laptop info, Biden admitted on video quid quo pro to Ukraine, and nothing has happened.
The detailed 87 page report NSA produced clearly states that Biden, while serving as Vice President, had been compromised with Ukraine and China. They state there is no possible means to provide Biden with any top secrete clearance. Yet, he ran for President and stole it with fraud, lied all the way thru the campaign with support from other friends in the congress and senate, media helped cover it up.
This type of corruption is powerful. So powerful that millions of people, even 3/4 of the U.S. population can vote against that corrupt group and the corrupt group still wins using their own machines. General Milley is on board as well.

I wish it wasn't so, but the fact that Hillary Clinton isn't in jail confirms it. Some people are too "elite" to be punished for their crimes. But don't get caught without your mask, or fines for you scum! Like they say about the rich, a fine is just the payment to do what you want.
They are disqualified, the election goes to Trump. Fraud vitiates everything.
