That’s actually a very telling Freudian slip - the word they’ve left out is presumably “when” he leaves office (or possibly “if”). Leaving it out means that the writer thinks he won’t leave office 😎

Actually I believe that is called irregular english, I've also heard it called international english. You hear many people in america, in the ghettos, who do speak English this way. Soon enough all our children will speak English this way, if we don't defeat the left.
