When the lead in the house is less than a few votes it is impossible to get a majority vote. There are a few democrats that are moderate still and more than a few that will swing depending on the bribe. We are in that virtual tie area now.

This is only true if you forget there are also moderate Republicans and RINOs who are very willing to cross the aisle as well.

A tie is a tie. A majority is a majority.

I think the point is a 1 seat majority is only marginally more valuable than the current state. We will see what shakes out of the recounts though, maybe we can sweep up even more.

Yeah the “moderate” ones get shielded to not have to vote on things that will roast their re-election. Now they have to use every vote.

Unfortunately, you are forgetting the power of the Speaker and Majority Leader in determining which bills go forward, and which ones never see the light of day.
