Lately all cs is shitty. Used Chyna flu as an excuse to cut staff, literally HOURS on wait, "your call will be answered in the order received..." then the twits hang up on you for asking a question.
I could DDG it but I would rather laugh and revel in the fact that I dumped Bank of America for a local credit union earlier this year
