I dont even know if it will be 5-4. Might be more in our favor. The law in PA was 100% violated and the constitution is pretty clear on who can change election laws. I can't see how the liberal judges will interpret this case any differently other than invalidating votes.
I think the bigger question I have is, if the court rules that election law was violated, what to they actually DO about it? Do they throw the ballots out? I suppose if they're illegal ballots, that's the only thing that makes sense. I guess I hope that the magnitude of the remedy doesn't influence the ruling on the case.
