I dont even know if it will be 5-4. Might be more in our favor. The law in PA was 100% violated and the constitution is pretty clear on who can change election laws. I can't see how the liberal judges will interpret this case any differently other than invalidating votes.
The issue with taking giant leap positions like that is you'll miss out on anything else.
If Biden truly wins this, solar energy is where you'd want to make your calls for the short term with a plan to switch to metals around summer 2021.
Not saying I want that, of course, but sometimes you have to play ball and look out for yourself regardless of your political beliefs.
