Decentralize mod powers to the community.
Let long time MAGA accounts with 500+ comments and 5k+ comments score, actually instantly deport the fuckers. After the account is deported, the mods can review that decision. If a long term account is abusive in moderation, turn off that accounts mod power.
That sounds like a good modification of the idea.
There should still be mods. The mods just review the deported accounts rather than having to deport themselves.
I never upvote such obvious karma-whoring posts such as this.
