Kudos to you for finding this. It is the only cam I found as well showing what is happening in DC.
Okay, I need to amend that. EarthTV is showing a camera just north of H St. across from Lafayette Square facing the White House, but most of the time it's panned up to not show the street. The few times it has, there aren't many people there.
The only other thing I've been able to think of to try and see how things are being impacted is using Waze to see what traffic conditions are like. Many of the streets are shown as being closed due to "First Amendment Activity" or "FIRST AMENDMENT DEMONSTRATIONS".
