All the major US voting providers (Hart InterCivic, Dominion, ES&S) are owned by private equity firms so who the hell knows what the shared interest are for ownership if you trace it up far enough. Funny story, the Federal Government has said in reports that it hasn’t been able to determine definitive ownership of these companies that facilitate 90% of the races in the US and many others around the world.
