If they were getting enough US-based traffic that it crashed their site, then they likely blocked IP’s from the US Geo.

is the latest info I've seen, which is hopeful. But it's hard to imagine something like that going down without Angela Merkel's knowledge and she's a Deep State Trump-hater to the core.
The evidence is vanishingly thin.
But it is true that General Flynn's lawyer Susan Powell retweeted it, as well as Lin Wood. Both are superstars and neither are silly people. Also, both Sidney Powell and Lin Wood are investigating the election fraud.
General Flynn definitely would be able to find out if it were true or not. And Sidney could have easily texted him.
So I am not going to dismiss it. I won't try and spread the news, but I also don't feel the need to attack people that post about it.

I haven't seen this reported anywhere beyond random blogs and tweets.
It also doesn't make any sense. Since when does the US Army investigate election fraud?
