Dated a TV news reporter, and broke up with her because she went along with all of this stuff. At first I didn't care, but then I started to watch what she was reporting on and it was all BS. I asked her why she chose people to interview or used certain terminology, and she blamed the producer. I'm sure he had a hand in it, but the fact she could so easily sell out herself and fellow Americans didn't sit well with me.
