Then I have the solution for you.
First, if you haven't already, download uBlock Origins.
Once you have it downloaded, go to the tab where the bullshit is located and then click on this little shield. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/545780486014763020/777219924753645579/unknown.png.

Idk which version or build you were on but it must've been earlier on. No problems with incognito history or the downloads. It's mostly polished now with almost all of the features that were on Opera (their original project before it was bought out by the Chinese)
I'll give it another try, but I remember after maybe 10, more or less, updates to Vivaldi, that issue hasn't been addressed so I uninstalled.
