James was way ahead of Peters when they "stopped" counting to later haul in the fraudulent ballots. He rightfully won.

This happened to the local candidate I volunteered for. She was up nearly 2k votes then the voting stopped, and she told me the county was counting very slowly for some reason. Between 12.30am and 2.40 am nothing changed. Then when we woke up her opponent had jumped by 7k votes.
