Say you had pre-printed a bunch of “Blak Lives Mayter” signs (because I ain’t spelling it out their way) and everyone grabs one and you run outside and torch the police car.

FYI I am retired Law Enforcement. But I still have a box of highway fuses. . .
The real problems arise in departments that have dynastic staffing and tight familial connections to the city /county government structure. They are not there due to ability or competence, and any threat to their power and status is taken very seriously. The law becomes secondary.
I would put some water on my face and answer the door having a coughing fit. I would have everyone in the house start coughing like crazy. Then I would invite the officer inside.

Everyone just stand in front of the cops and through your masks on the ground. Tell them they are on private property and you will sue the city.
