'Corn Pop' was identified as William L. Morris of Delaware.

He's deceased, so it's possible he 'voted' for Joe Biden in this election.

He died in 2016 aged 73, so he was born in 1942 or 1943. I have checked his name in neighboring state's datasets that are available (e.g. on joecheated.com). But I have not been able to find a registered voters dataset for Delaware (and their website sucks).

If anyone knows of a Delaware dataset floating around, please let me know! This important investigation needs a conclusion.
