Ah, a city boy. Ain't your job right? Has nothing to do with 'unamerican not to work'. It is what we do to maximize the potential for our own/children's survival. Harvest moon ring a bell? It wasn't tradition to stock up for winter. It is a primary survival skill employed by people for thousands of years.
City boy for way too long. First, I'm stuck in CA and my line of work is shut down anyway. STILL. Second, it's going to take a year, but we are moving to SEC country next January (that's the plan). With the equity in our house, we can buy a house outright. I can not WAIT to escape this Communism.
But you're right about the harvest...and not just food. Money, ammo, supplies...I've fallen too far behind, but I'm scraping up and saving where I can.
Farmers are America's lifeblood. No, it's not my job. It would probably kill me.
You had a preview of this last spring didn't you? You have had all summer and fall to stock up and 'feed your family'
Sorry, but -- UserNameFail.
Meh. It's unamerican to not work. May need to get a job with the Trump Admin. That would do the trick.
