I took Judo while I was in college. My professor/master was a survivor of the Korean War. He told stories of how when he was a child he witnessed countless villagers and refugees collapsing and dying while trying to escape the bloodshed. The ones that survived tended to be in shape.
The life advice he gave to us that stuck with me to this day was always be in the best physical and mental shape you can. The world can be flipped upside down in an instant. You don’t want to be unprepared when the time comes to count on your legs, lungs, and whole body to survive when society is in shambles.
My legs don't work near as good as they used to but I am not worried, I have my mobilty scooter batteries fully charged and all my clips full! if they run out, I am still not worried because I know that the brave men in here are the norm. Just because those skinny little Libtards screech the loudest doesn't mean there are more of them .
