There is a US corporate that has HQ in Delaware, and their office in Colorado, but it seems like their "office" may just be a random apartment, or a mail forwarding service.

Do FISA warrants only go through the FBI to the FISC? I don’t believe Wray is a good guy. I’d be thrilled if he were a sleeper cell good guy & that’s why I think he’s a little swamp man; but assuming he’s not a good guy, anyone know if a FISA warrant can be obtained without the FBI being in the loop? I’d think this is possible, because otherwise, being hired by the FBI would protect criminals from being investigated for international crime.
