Good work. Maybe your camera reversed the image but properly displayed, the blue portion is always on the left as when it flies from a flagpole. Since you fought for it I know you want it displayed in its best manner.
Also make sure it is not hanging downwards as it is in the picture. When the flag is flown down like that it means that nation has been defeated and they accepted it.

Turned around, stopped traffic, rescued it and even though it's torn and can't be repaired (I checked), it'll fly proud in my car's dashboard for a while until it's time to retire it!
