That's a good question. I just don't know. All I hope is there are some frickin' good lawyers doing a whole bunch of good lawyering right now. All I see are a bunch of "just you wait, it's coming real soon!". And not a thing ever comes, or the media just bury it before a very incurious public.
Couldn't this be argued under equal protection at the federal level now as ballots were treated differently than state law?
