A glowie is a name for someone people think is with a law enforcement agency like the FBI that is trying to goad someone into violence so they can catch them. Easy arrests basically.
They exist but not to the level the paranoid think.
Saying enough is enough and it is time to do something is not even controversial, it is just an opinion that millions share, especially after seeing the attacks on innocent people today.

Really interesting comparison I always like to draw. In the PS4 game "Detroit: Become Human" (Which is kind of an SJW narrative for illegal aliens, but anyway) all of your decisions have consequences.
At one point in the game, the androids who have become sentient are in a standoff with the cops and there are news crews everywhere.
You have the option to fight the cops, or you can peacefully protest for your rights.
One option causes public opinion to increase and give your side more support, the other option drives down your image in public opinion and makes things a little harder on you.
I feel like we're still in a version of this situation. It's not time to fight yet.
