It's possible this entire law has already been or could be invalidated based on current court proceedings, namely our victory from Friday.

This will have to go to federal court, but will have to go through PA court first. They will stall. Could be a win, but will take time.

Nonseverability is AWESOME. Our legal system is a clusterfuck, but when it works, damn does it work.

Obamacare also under scrutiny for the same thing, individual mandate may not be severable. Wish we knew what direction SCOTUS was leaning on that one, would be a barometer for this.
