It's possible this entire law has already been or could be invalidated based on current court proceedings, namely our victory from Friday.

I believe that some people might be grasping at the "application" part of the language.

If the ballots that came-in after election day were counted, that would be an invalid application of this law.

Causing the entire thing to be invalidated.

That's what I'm getting from everyone else posting about this.
