the real world reality is most Electors are faithful, and it's known who they will vote for by those States' Legislature that appoints them. Republicans have many more than 270; and worst case it goes to the House on a STATE basis (each State's deligation gets only 1 vote; so CA with 53 House seats and RI with 2, both get 1 vote), and Republicans control way more States.

the real world reality is most Electors are faithful, and it's known who they will vote for by those States' Legislature that appoints them. Republicans have many more than 270; and worst case it goes to the House on a STATE basis (each State's deligation gets only 1 vote; so CA with 53 House seats and RI with 2, both get 1 vote), and Republicans control way more States.
Interesting. Does this strategy come about naturally or is it a specific avenue the Trump campaign has to pursue? Are they pursing this?
As I try to say in that Post and through the links there, I came up with this legal strategy decades ago; and it takes these circumstances and a candidate/campaigns who's willing and able(funding) to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court; as well as clean up all the 50 States with a full court legal press.
The Strategy comes naturally from the US Constitution (as I try to explain in better detail from 16 days ago, in the 3rd comment link on that Post) of how less than 1% of cases have Strictly Constitutional legal grounds vs 99%+ that mostly have "case law & rights violations" as their legal arguments.
I'm trying to get help to get this strategy/plan through the noise and gatekeepers. Just as a matter of the legal profession overall, even if DJT got 1000 lawyers and professors, probably not 1 will give him the answer in that Post; it's VERY RARE as I say at the top of it.
We here joke about autist, nimble navigators, timetravellers; but Even to this day, I don't know another soul who's at anytime in their life, has read through nearly all the US Code, All my States Code, and racks and racks and racks of case law. And that's on top of all the other reading including walls of very old books (like the ones our Founders read & wrote) at a very young age.
