He ain't wrong about a fascist leader coming either. Remove peoples sense of security and law and order, and they will long for any charismatic leader that offers those to them.

I'd prefer an Orthodox Christian Monarch, but I'll settle for a fascist if it means all the child-raping satanists get the rope.

My Doomer friend -- supports Trump and all but is extremely pessimistic in the future. He spent some time working in Washington, and that's why he believes the swamp will never agree to enforce itself.

When I mentioned the possibility that instead of a Left wing Communist tyranny, maybe there's be a fascist dictator that rose as a response to that, he said that sounded better than the alternative.

In a sane world, something equivalent always rises. It's not necessarily what anyone wanted, but eventually the people who are attacked in the streets, told to die, not allowed to vote for who they want or support who they want, dehumanized, etc. end up longing for someone authoritarian on their side.

I have been saying this for a long time. I have witnessed moderate dems become right-wing this past two years. They’re sick of being called every thing in the book and demonized. They are creating a monster that will show them no mercy, no quarter.

I have not gone down that path, in reality I don’t want to go down that path. However it seems that may very well happen

A few years ago someone said the USA will have a dictator within the next twenty years. Not if we can stop it.

Its looking more and more each day like America will split into two different countries, one ruled by Biden, and one by Trump. At that point the previous system will no longer exist

Will that make Trump a dictator? Would you want a pro-American man like Trump to have more power? He would have the ability to implement his vision for America without petty bureaucrats blocking him every step of the way.

Don't get me wrong I love the idea of democracy and wish the world had free and fair elections. But when we have this level of corruption and fraud I wonder if its even possible.

There is not and will not be any real power vacuum.

Umm, the fascists just got elected... by fraud.

This idea that even people on the right have that fascism is a right wing ideology is ridiculous. Totalitarian governments are all of the left, the American right believes in small government.

Fascism is left wing. And its been here
