It's hard to say where this goes, and what steps people will take next. I think firstly Militia groups need to be formed, as they are supported by the constitution. From there depending on how bad things get, Vigilance Committees may need to be formed as it's clear the government no longer has the safety of it's citizens at heart. Especially when you look at the protections that are given to terrorist groups within the US such as Antifa.

My thought over the years has been to take the 2nd amendment, literally.
To have well-regulated militias.
That means, to me, a formal group that carries insurance for all of its regulars. Maybe at least have a DBA if not an LLC or 501(c) status.
The insurance is the key....the militia will have a level of membership and training standards to be considered well-regulated.
