If a case gets thrown out, that's just the start, it gets appealed and advanced for a 2nd opinion. Same if lawsuits get granted the other side appeals to reverse it. That's why it's believed it will go to Supreme Court.
I hear this but all I got is blueballs from being yanked around. I'm trying to see that state turn red already! I know we gotta be patient but Daaaaaaaaaaaamn man.
Can we also have whitler getting exchanged for a few miles of fresh asphalt? Literally anything is a better governor than that thing. I just want that added to the lawsuit.
I have a feeling that no matter what the law actually says, the judges are going to ignore it and rule based on their feelings instead.
its a federal law suit, i don't think they will base on feelings
A lot of federal judges do just that though
This case may be decided as soon as the judge is assigned. A Dem appointed judge may throw out the case. An R appointed judge may actually throw out 1.2M votes. See https://www.nytimes.com/1994/02/19/us/vote-fraud-ruling-shifts-pennsylvania-senate.html
