No President-Elect exists right now due to contested election and no-one has conceded. Even SCOTUS decisions on individual states does not determine. President-Elect determined on Dec 14 by electoral college. If neither gets 270 from electors (not media), then still no President-Elect until Jan 6 vote in House that Trump will win 28-22.
