I have noticed that these ANTIFA SCUM frequently employ the use of green lasers. Most people probably don't realize that these lasers are many times stronger than the red pointers you probably played with as a kid. This is a widespread issue. They were used against police officers extensively in Portland and elsewhere this year. If you engage Antifa/BLM on the streets, it is imperative that you protect your eyes. Eye damage can and will occur faster than you can blink.
The strength of a laser is measured in mW (milliwatts). The everyday red pointer is less than 5mW and the only reason they are considered safe is because the blink reflex happens fast enough that no damage can occur; similar to the sun. In contrast, the green laser pointers used by the commie scum are cheap chinese pointers probably bought on Ebay/Amazon falsely advertised as < 5mW (Illegal to sell pointers stronger than that). In reality, these green lasers probably range from anywhere from 50mW to 500mW, which is very dangerous. I can't stress this enough. Do not underestimate the power of these lasers. These lasers can easily light matches on fire. What do you think could happen to your retina. Furthermore, any color laser can be this dangerous, it just so happens that the only cheap powerful lasers produced in bulk are the green ones.
Now, when it comes to protecting your eyes from lasers, there are several things you need to know. The electromagnetic spectrum (light or radiation) is measured in nm (nanometers). All lasers are somewhere on this spectrum. The green lasers are the bulk of the lasers I have seen employed, and they are 532nm and maybe 1064nm in small amounts. You have to get the right glasses to protect against the right wavelength of light (nm), and the strength of these glasses is measured in OD. You need glasses OD4 or up. DO NOT BUY GLASSES THAT ARE CHEAP. Do not use amazon or ebay for this, as you will get bullshit. Buy EAGLE brand only. Link at the top. Yeah I do agree, my post is in jest as you can probably tell. Weapons seem to be used by one side only, I can't see anyone from this side actually doing what I said. Totally agree, I used to sell lasers here in Australia when I was 13 or so, making really good money until idiots started pointing them at planes and got them banned.
Additionally, many of the Green Lazers are super cheap garbage from china that uses little to no actual InfraRed filtering, so you're getting a lot more nasty wavelengths than just that green light.
Yeah I mentioned the 1064. I just figured that since a broad recommendation was necessary, the most important thing to worry about is the 532. Even though they are cheap, I would assume that 90% are mostly just putting out 532.
