No shit, they siphoned votes off from predominantly red precincts. Look for a pattern in the red precincts versus the others, I can almost guarantee that you’ll see a similar percentage in hard red precincts and the percentage that went Biden.
I believe the answer here is FRAUD.
That the way the glitch is programmed to work...the more red an area, the more votes flipped to blue.
