Ah, I missed that. Things are going to get really expensive. For example in Wisconsin, by statute, you'd need a tenured PhD from one of the math departments in the UW system to swear an affidavit backing up your research, and their departments will probably want $5-50k for the affidavit and about $2k per day stipends when they're calendared.
