I disagree with 2008. I'm sure there was shady shit going on, but Obama had all the enthusiasm on his side. Nobody cared about McCain. Now 2012 on the other hand... Oh yeah. Sure Romney was an establishment hack, but we voted hard against Obamacare in 2010 and 2012.

Read the research paper posted here

It claims the pattern of machines altering votes started in 2008....the claims/evidence related to Romney's run in the primaries in 2012 are quite damning when considered with the report that he invested into the voting machine company...

Evans and his fellow Ron Paul supporters began using it to graph many of the election results of the 2012 Republican primary. Here is the pattern they saw in state after state: a candidate receives a higher percentage of votes in large precincts than he/she receives in small precincts. This increase occurs in a mathematically proportionate pattern, in other words, as the precincts get larger the candidate’s support gets larger at the expense of other candidates. Often this increase is enough to change the outcome or the dynamic of the election. Which candidate receives increased support in the larger precincts depends on the particular race. In 2012, the candidate that benefited from the pattern in almost every race was Mitt Romney (see Figure 5).

After Ron Paul lost the election, Evans suspected that Paul had been cheated. Evans says, “It was frustrating because he was giving speeches in large venues with thousands lined up outside beyond capacity, while the other candidate[s] were somewhat lonely.” It didn’t make sense to Evans, but he had no way to prove that Paul’s votes had been stolen

Empty venues sound familiar?

That research paper includes reference to a programmer testifying before congress in 2004 that he had written code to flip votes for a sitting congressman. Here's his testimony..

In 2004, computer programmer Clint Curtis testified under oath before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee that he “wrote a prototype for [at that time] present Congressman Tom Feeney,” of a program that “would flip the vote 51–49. Whoever you wanted it to go to and whichever race you wanted to win.” Curtis testified that he was told by his company that, “we needed to control the vote in South Florida (5:23.)”

Even if it were true, we would have had McCain and likely would have never gotten Trump. Kek willed it

Nobody cared about McCain, but Palin was a rising star at the time. She was compared to Reagan after her convention speech. Then the media started going through her family's trash cans and printing smears until she finally just walked away from politics. But at the time there was real enthusiasm for her.

Rekot24 2 points ago +2 / -0

She was the only reason I voted for McCain in 2008. Never would have if not for her.

Also SNL with its anti-Palin mockery. They actually have a huge influence on politics (by design).

Mccain was also Obama! Which was the sad thing about that election!

Personally, I'm glad McCain and Romney didn't win. Both corrupt deep staters like Oblahmer. Didn't vote for any of these three.

It would have been Ron Paul, not Romney. The primaries were rigged.

1
Rekot24 1 point ago +1 / -0

They totally stole it from him. It's why I didn't vote for Romney in 2012. Too bad Ron Paul wasn't a fighter and just let it happen. But, this is why we voted for Trump. They tried to steal it from him as well, but he fought, and won. Just like he's fighting now, and will win.

cbird54 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's exactly the point what difference would have made if McCain or Romney had become president none and we would have never gotten Trump had either than won.

p8riot 1 point ago +2 / -1

Don't buy into the mythology. Trump saying Obama is the reason he ran.. is not true. He's been eyeing the presidency since at least 2000.

3
LyinBiden 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, but he didn't pull the trigger until after Obama, and I don't recall him getting into a verbal sparring match with any other president but Obama.

1
p8riot 1 point ago +1 / -0

He was THIS CLOSE to running on the reform ticket. We don't know exactly why he didn't pull the trigger back then.. there certainly was a reason.. but we do know Obama was just a continuation of Clinton/Bush.

You calling Trump a liar?

1
p8riot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Trump is notorious for exaggerating. It makes for a better story.

cbird54 17 points ago +18 / -1

No that's not true at all I even voted for Obama in 2008 in Texas. There are many people like me who did not like what bush had done and saw that Obama was promising to do things that we wanted. He however did not do any of those things and mostly continued Bush's policies. We have to remember that prior to Trump there was only the uniparty. McCain was always supposed to lose Romney was always supposed to lose and whoever was supposed to go against Hillary was supposed to lose but Trump threw a wrench in their entire system.

I’m sorry but you are a shallow thinker and those like you will be the death of this nation All the signs were there for you to see. Hope and change? That was never defined intentionally so every low information voter just interpreted it to be whatever was in their weak skull. He said flat out he wanted single payer healthcare and would destroy the current system so that the populace would beg for it. There was solid proof that his BC was fake and at best he was registering as a foreign student to game the system, pathological liar. All the evidence was out in the open and it really took the intentionally blind or mentally challenged not to see what was going on. Those three items should have doomed his run but white guilt and blind allegiance to skin color in the POC community made every moron vote for his worthless ass.

What your vote got us was 8 years of a racist installing the top level management of like minded individuals in every level of our government who are actively trying to destroy our country. Sorry but my bad doesn’t even begin to cover the damage you actively participated in.

McCain traitor. Romney traitor. Bush traitor. Fox News traitors. Drudge Report traitor. The only shallow thinkers are those who think there was a good option or that anyone was well informed in 2008 or 2012. Hind sight is 2020 and clearly you need to go to eye doctor. Trump is a paradigm shift the likes no one alive has seen in their life times and you want to act all high and mighty? Give me a break.

I agree. McCain was never meant to win. He was Swamp, and Swamp doesn't care if you're Republican or Democrat. The globalists have been working for decades and that was just one more leg of it.

Diehard republican here. Diehard republican family (minus one baizuo sister). Diehard republican county.

McCain was a piece of shit, a carbon copy of that useless Chimpanzee Bush Jr... warmongering fucktard. Obama got my vote and our vote in 2008 with many of us falling for his bullshit of getting out of all the wars. Then, once elected, he started new ones instead.

I don’t believe 2008 was rigged for Obama, but the media DID fucking shill for the neocons hard as fuck. Faux News, CNN, NBC, CBS... all of the lamestream media and the RNC suppressed and fucked over guys like Ron Paul and pushed the asshole McCain.

All that shit gave rise to the Tea Party — an energized, pissed off, vote come hell or high water movement that everyone tried to suppress and that’s where the DNC cheating might have started to become truly necessary. Still glad Mittens lost which having another milquetoast neocon fucktard on the ballot motivated enough patriots to try and burn the RNC to the fucking ground in 2016 by lobbing the holy hand grenade of Kekistan (our GEOTUS) into the broken machine in a last-ditch effort to salvage it. And it worked.

Just saying, 2008 was different. Lot of us were suckered in by Obama’s bullshit the first time around. And if anyone would have been rigging things in 2008 it was in the RNC, Dems just learned from all that and cranked it up to level 11

ShillsBTFO 5 points ago +5 / -0

Frens, one step at a time. We have to secure GEOTUS' 2nd term first. Then we can concentrate on something like that.

There is no reality where McCainis anything resembling a winner

3
Moreme 3 points ago +3 / -0

No. Do not take this failed presidency from him at all or it will allow him to maybe run again. Just say it was illegitimate but do not officially take it from him. Otherwise I completely agree.

2
Fenix 2 points ago +2 / -0

No, McCain shouldn't have won. Personally I think he was like Romney, he was never meant to win. McCain was Swamp. He was controlled opposition. Win or lose the outcome would have been the same because Swamp is Swamp.

Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin, two heads of the same snake. It never mattered who won. The Bushes, Clintons, Gore, Kerry, Mccain, Romney, Obama, Biden are all Swamp. Our choices have been illusions until Trump came and broke the Matrix.

1
Fuchtard 1 point ago +1 / -0

I knew the minute McCain won the primaries he would lose the election. I didn’t vote for his “no wall building” ass

1
jetjetjet 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Obama win was no surprise. The media propped up McCain until he was the Republican candidate, then as soon as that happened the media turned on McCain and sank his campaign.

1
Congo 1 point ago +1 / -0

I disagree as well. Thank God for Obama. Else Romney and McCain could have been president.

Besides the fact that Obama’s presidency convinced Trump to run.

1
Rothbard 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thats not just how they cheated. Obama had access to FB data the tge GOP didnt.

They could identify friends of supporters amd their phone number. They made it illegal after his election in 2008 to use the data that way.
