The police aren't your friend either. Which matters more to most police, a job or your freedoms? I'm going to assume they all value their job more than your freedom. Why do you think they're enforcing draconian lockdown measures already. They should actively defy any illegitimate mandate handed down to them from government, but they don't. They just "follow orders".
