By underperforming Hillary, does that mean he got less votes than her or did he get less of a % of the total votes cast?

I think it's "less votes as a % of the whole"

Some other pede here pointed out a while ago that Biden got more raw votes in many metro areas, which isn't surprising since they literally mailed out ballots to everyone.

Trump also got more votes than Obama in 2008.

So now the claim seems to be falling apart. He actually did outperform hillary in the metro areas, just not in percentage? Which means trump just underperformed in those particular cities perhaps? Or the democrats spent billions in flooding them with mail in ballots?

I believe vote by mail is a disaster and skews literally everything we know about voting tendencies. The easiest and most common type of election fraud is ballot harvesting combined with trashing votes from a competitor's stronghold neighborhoods. With 50 million mail in ballots, it's almost guaranteed to take place.

This anomaly is okay, but it's not evidence. We need to combine it with whistleblowers in that area, signatures not matching, ballots in the garbage, elderly saying they were coerced, timestamp falsification, hiding the counting AND late arrivals to convince the state legislature the results should be disputed and the election should be sent to the next check in the system, the house contingent election.
