hmm, you're probably right but I'd rather have a useless strongly worded letter than nothing.
I just figure that they're trying real hard to shut us up. They want to shut us up, so I figure we get louder. I don't know if it makes a difference or not. It doesn't seem to most of the time. On the other hand, it really irks them. If it triggers them, even If it doesn't make that much of a difference, we should probably keep doing it, just because they don't like it.
