Idk If I can ever trust the news again, but it's nice to have alternatives

Yeah, fuck the news. What is the point in the age of the internet? Every news station gets their breaking news from the internet these days, it's always a few hours behind.

It's funny, my dad thinks i'm like a political profit because I inform him of things hours to weeks ahead of the media

I've tried to tell my parents who think the same "it's just TheDonald". They're senior citizens, they have no idea what I'm talking about. We are the news. It's simple.

Yeah I'll never trust a channel again. It feels like they're trying to heard patriots into a corner but it won't work.

I watched some Newsmax videos and they seem okay, but I feel like they're just trying to attract ex-Fox News viewers right now, who knows how they'll be in the future. We'll see, just too tired of getting played

just too tired of getting played

Same here, 'pede. Same here.

I feel like more people are waking up to the obvious corruption the media is involved in though, so there's that to be positive about.

Yeah at least we know who was serious about Trump and who was just riding on the Trump wave now

How is that a bad thing? They need to grow and stay afloat.

One man's loss is another man's gain.

Not trying to be too cynical, I'm just not sure if they're defending Trump and such because they really believe it or they just want to pick up some Ad revenue from Ex-Fox viewers

Maybe they’ve changed now but I’m almost positive in the past, many years ago, they were very supportive of the neo-con establishment type. But maybe I’m just mixing them up with someone else

They've been around a long time by now. Always on the right but to varying degrees. They were pretty hung ho about Iraq and Afghanistan so there's that. Then again everyone was lying about those places.

Fox was always a big war GOP party, but mot nearly as bad until leadershio changed. Leadership is everything so that is what you have to watch out for.

Of course you should never take any single source as gospel.

Leadership is everything

Leadership holds the contracts for on-air talent. Media norm is a non-compete clause, meaning they can't çhange channels without a 6-12 month gap.

Basically just left with this site. Used to use Reddit, but you know. If Trump loses I'm just going to take a long break from it all and focus on maga myself

I turned on the RSBN white house stream for Trump's covid presser the other day, and in the pre-coverage the announcrs were discussing why it's a good thing we have so many women and people of color in the GOP.

They're still faggots.

Sort of confirmation bias. Anyone who grew up rich and gets a nice job thinks that that's how all white people live. And by extension, since they're already rich and don't need money they make themselves feel better by doing so
