The judge is a lil too late in my opinion. Yes we can use this in the future but it would have been more helpful months ago because it could of lead the way in other states to stop the mailed ballots. Now magically a judge says its not right?

Would not have mattered at all since the legislature changed the rules to reflect Grusome’s order after he made it but prior to the election.

In the rush to be the first (this has been posted multiple times) people are posting this story without reading it like it’s good news. It is Meh news.

If you live in California, it means that you might possibly be able to challenge some of his other pick down orders but it will not, change and could not have changed the election outcome in California because of the action in the Legislature.

This is what happened in Georgia by the Secretary of State but they didn’t get the legislature to support the rule, so they are going to get traction with this there.

Once we won the most important battleground states we shall go after every other state, even if it was won by Trump. Fuckery might be everywhere, everything must be exposed!

It's on? What is? Does the finding nullify the state's election?

Does this force some sort of audit?

I have been checking my online absentee voter registration before and after the election. Before showed registered or active. Then showed when my ballot was sent or distributed forget the actual word and then accepted after I dropped it in the ballot box. Funny how after the election my voter registration status changed to pending. Why pending now all of a sudden when active or registered before? Meanwhile dead people get to still vote without registering. Pfft!

This is a STATE court, not a federal court.

So NO, it does NOT set a precedent. While is may have spanked Grusome, it technically does help at all because The state legislature backed Grusome and changed the rules to reflect his order after he issued it but prior to the election.

it’s called reading the article

Every ballot whether fraudulently or illegally filled out. Not every vote. A vote is a ballot that has been cast in a lawful manner.

What is REALLY going to happen is that we are all going to wait for Sidney Powell and Lin Wood to show the evidence. We may have to wait until a case is before the Supreme Court.

Notice how SILENT the Dems are right now? If they thought the election was legit, they would be on every news channel screaming holy hell.

The bare minimum out of Nancy Pelosi.

Moot.

The CA-Com legislature passed a law allowing it.
