Long story short, many of the paths revolve around SCOTUS. We all know the game is rigged to hell, the fight is that we will likely have to head up to scotus for several arguments to take the W.

For one noch, we have to take back PA. Alito ruled that they have to segregate ballots and cannot count any dated past the 3rd. From testimony, we have witnesses claiming they did. If the ballots were scrambled as they claimed, this may well force a ripple down from the SCOTUS through the states, forcing late ballots and unverified/unverifiable ballots into the trash on appeal. This is the largest of the current goals, and has the highest odds of causing an orthodox victory, as you can clap several states at once if the ruling goes through.

For another, we have GA, which is currently recounting. This one is a bit bleak, as they are pulling the same shit all over again, with the "15 feet away" shit, but seeing as trump took the W on the last "observance" ruling, he may well be able to snowball this into another one, which would force the recoint into a state where they at least can't fabricate new votes to make up for any that were doubled up/destroyed. Problem here, is that i don't think anybody has challenged it, which is not good. Trump needs to fire off on this one asap, because even assuming an L. It is entirely possible that we can at least prove a vote count discrepancy if we can observe from closer than the next fucking planet.

3rd notch is dominion voting sytems, assuming trump has sued to reveal source code, or has otherwise obtained it, he can nullify the count from any and all of these machines by demonstrating that the machines are capable of swapping, deleting, and faking ballot counts (as their manual already tells us). This is one where he can literally destroy the system from the roots, but word on this particular motion is under wraps atm, so i can't tell you who has/knows what on this topic.

4th notch, is a mix between 1 and 2. Even at a loss, trump can snowball these to build a case for unequal treatment/ representation among voters, which he has begun working towards. This one is a hybrid argument, but has grounds in the fact that in person voters were vetted vigorously, while mail in ballots appear to have been accepted at 30x the rate of elections prior, which is already stunning, considering how many ballots are likely from first time voters.

Last notch is one that's unreasonable, but possible, trump may well be capable of forcing it to the senate by clogging up with litigation, in which case, it's republican majority, and assuming no traitors, trump would take the win off that.

There's more, but those are the ones i have from the top of my head with the best chances. A win in any 2 of them is instant checkmate, and a specific few could single handedly lead to a trump win.
