So this morning I read here that Scytl, the bankrupt company based in Spain that had the servers in Germany (and elsewhere) had its assets acquired through a bankruptcy court by an Irish company named "Paragon" in October? Who, and what, comprises this company? I cant believe this was an arms-length arrangement.
