If we take this video as the truth (and this man seems to have connections), then it would seem that Trump has outsmarted his opposition and made them win by an unexplainable margin which has made it easier to investigate and prosecute the fraudsters.

That would make it significantly easier to detect fraud and determine the scale of the fraud. And make it significantly easier to take evidence of fraud to court to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the election was undermined by outside forces.
