I agree. Trump Jr. and Owens are more brash and outspoken than Noem, and their language is comparatively more inflammatory and combative. I love them both for that since that approach helps to distill complex issues and get people thinking – but I don’t think it would serve them well as political candidates. Noem’s calm yet unapologetic delivery, collected demeanor, and proven track record combine to hit a lot harder. She therefore strikes me (and I imagine many others) as someone who is more likely to succeed and be a true uniter.
