Not how it works and not what the Constitution calls for. Invalid votes need to be thrown out. The penalty for cheating is automatically losing sometimes, but throwing out bad votes is a minimum. No “do overs” for cheaters.

iirc in this case the law that was cheated around was an anti-competitive one more than an environmental one. There are good regulations and bad ones, and some that are simply bought by lobbyists to further entrench their employer's interests.
California has strict emissions laws. If you’ve ever looked online for gas engines (lawn equipment, generators etc.) you may have seen a different model for here than the rest of the country. I will readily admit that that CARB is crazy with some of this, e.g. a private residence can’t buy an ozone generator any more (Amazon sells them, but can’t legally ship here). As for Volkswagen, they designed software to cheat emissions tests so their diesels could’ve sold here. The thing about breaking laws to make more money is it’s hard to pretend you’re a principled rebel. And anyone who remembers what the air was like will concede that emissions controls have helped.

Real Talk: If the rumors/ info dumps are true regarding the DHS Block Chain Encryption on the Authentic Ballots, then Authentication can only happen through Federal Oversight. They would not have encrypted and batched each group of Ballots, without the technology to scan and separate. Think about it. The security procedures would have required a full system for implementation. Encryption, and decryption with sorting and separating. The time sensitive nature of the Elections would have been taken into account.
If the previous Allegations of Foreign Election Interference were addressed, which they were, the DHS and the Administration came up with a solution for this exact scenario, knowing that Ballot mixing would occur. Just like Postal Sorting technology, these Ballots in question can be fed through an Authentication Machine, and the Bogus Ballots peeled off.
It will also show if Authentic Ballots from say Ohio, made it into Michigan. State Officials are part of the Chain of Custody for the Authentic Ballots, and are thus Criminally Accountable for the Ballots they were issued.
Push your Reps to see what the story is with this. Ultimately the Federal Intervention will have to come via Court Order, and this is where SCOTUS comes in. We need to know if this is real, and if so push for it. It's the Ultimate Accountability if true.

To The Supreme Court of the United States : How come at midnight on November 3, all vote counting had stopped in all of the swing states. That is very suspicious. Then, mysteriously 130,000 votes were counted for Biden in Michigan at 3 am, yet not one vote for Trump. Also, at 4am in Wisconsin, 107,000 votes were counted for Biden and no votes for Trump. This is mathematically impossible. I am not a lawyer or an expert on the Constitution but I feel that the United States Supreme Court should order that all votes counted after midnight on November 3 should be ordered to be null and void, and that the election ends on midnight on November 3. Since the controversy over the vote counts started after midnight on November 3, then all votes that were counted from every state should be considered to be null and void after midnight on November 3. Whatever the vote counts were at midnight on November 3, is what the United States Supreme Court should honor and whoever was ahead at midnight on November 3, should be declared the winner. This to me is the only way to be sure that the election is fair and follows the Constitution of the United States of America.
The form of questioning was ridiculous, it's not about the votes it's about the process. This entire election was a ridiculous and reckless process to go through, and should be done over completely if we had the ability to do so. In person votes only, The vast vast vast majority of votes should be in person.
