Real Talk: If the rumors/ info dumps are true regarding the DHS Block Chain Encryption on the Authentic Ballots, then Authentication can only happen through Federal Oversight. They would not have encrypted and batched each group of Ballots, without the technology to scan and separate. Think about it. The security procedures would have required a full system for implementation. Encryption, and decryption with sorting and separating. The time sensitive nature of the Elections would have been taken into account.

If the previous Allegations of Foreign Election Interference were addressed, which they were, the DHS and the Administration came up with a solution for this exact scenario, knowing that Ballot mixing would occur. Just like Postal Sorting technology, these Ballots in question can be fed through an Authentication Machine, and the Bogus Ballots peeled off.

It will also show if Authentic Ballots from say Ohio, made it into Michigan. State Officials are part of the Chain of Custody for the Authentic Ballots, and are thus Criminally Accountable for the Ballots they were issued.
