It's gonna sound borderline fascist when I say this, but after this election I do not give a single fuck about 'voter disenfranchisement' especially with Democrats. In facts, after this election I'd even argue that dems can have the ability to vote back when they prove they DESERVE the ability to vote again.

Agreed, after this, the only major left-wing political group that still deserves to exist is the Green Party. They might be a bunch of retarded stoners who run the same candidate 4 or 5 times before moving onto another one but AT LEAST they've never committed treason.

the burden of proof should be to prove that the votes are legal. i.e. if you don't have solid proof that they're legal votes, you assume they're illegal and throw them out. requiring someone to prove that they're "illegal" is silly. you can't prove a negative.
