Since the controversy over the vote counts started after midnight on November 3, then all votes that were counted from every state should be considered to be null and void after midnight on November 3. Whatever the vote counts were at midnight on November 3, is what the United States Supreme Court should honor and whoever was ahead at midnight on November 3, should be declared the winner. This to me is the only way to be sure that the election is fair and follows the Constitution of the United States of America.
