eh i work at a senior home, so even though i know covid wont hurt me, i still wear it all the time because i dont want to carry the virus and accidentally massacre all 76 seniors at my work
So do you really think that harassing me in an empty grocery store is necessary an hour before closing?
And I'm glad you feel comfortable that the napkin on your face is what's keeping 76 seniors alive. Do you get tested frequently? Are you isolated as well? Like I hope you aren't going into Starbucks or the grocery store and then back to seeing the seniors. Because that would be just as reckless.
I'm not trying to discourage you from wearing your mask around the elderly patients/residents you have. I'm just saying that it's not some magic shield that keeps viruses from spreading. I used to work around hazardous materials and I know how masks can be effective but if you look at the holes in the mask in a Microscope then look how the germ is, it's like standing behind a volleyball net to protect yourself from getting shot by a BB gun.
ya I have the full mandatory testing once per week, and a quick test (less accurate) every other day.
I'm trying my best to be isolated, I use a separate door to enter the house than my parents. My coworker's dad and grand-aunt both passed away after he got infected after attending a rally, so that really hit home. I've been much more careful since then
seriously, it was expected that the rotten left was going to riot. But then they had parties instead, and they all had masks on, what fools
This mask bullshit has to stop.
